Rolmaster’s history

The company’s history dates back to August of 1991 when in a small enterprise named ‘Barbaros’, a group of young and energetic boys, in unbelievably strained conditions, started to produce consumer goods (knitted fabric and souvenirs). The instability and unpredictability of the 90s have shaped the spirit and creative potential of the company’s team.

RolMaster is the first company in the Russian market to produce roll shutters from steel and steel-perforated profile.
In late 90s roll shutters (mainly aluminum) appeared in the Russian market. RolMaster’s own experience coupled with 12 years of cooperation with the best western manufacturers have insured the required basis for quality production of such user-friendly and reliable protecting constructions.

To reduce costs of the production, a Tula RolMaster company was set up in the Dubninski district of the Tula region. Most of the production of components and profiles moved here from the capital. Assembly shop, warehouse, transport park remained at RolMaster in the capital, a dislocation in Malahovka village of the Luberetski district of Moscow region.
For the convenience of the clients from the private sector of the capital and the region, RolMaster exhibits products in the center of the city.
In the capital region alone the company has over 20 powerful dealers (partners) who in the shortest deadlines and the most strained conditions will install any volumes produced by RolMaster and RolMaster in Tula.

Roll shutters (roulettes) of RolMaster are manufactured from ecologically clean materials. They have anticorrosion covering and are adapted to the climate of Russia.

Powder paints are imported mainly from Spain and Italy. The color range is very wide – over 120 colors. The enamel covering lasts for over 5 years even in the most aggressive conditions. RolMaster is one of the first in Russia to utilize in its production the technology of powder painting with spraying.

Own production in Russia using German and Italian technologies. Electric drive of roll shutters, roulettes and sliding gates weighing from 20 to 1000 kg are delivered to RolMaster on partnership bases by SOMFY world renowned corporation (France and European Union) and GUNTNER GRUPPE (Germany). The accessories of intellectual control (distant, group control, timers, pick-offs etc.) are delivered by "Sketch" and "Nero Electronics".
