Sliding gates

Sliding gates operate the same way as roll shutters, only with wider and more durable profiles (СТ-105,-75 and АR-77). The linen of steel bars, moving upwards is folding into a roll and unlike other types of gates doesn’t require space.

We deliver sliding gates from steel break-in-proof, anti-vandal, fire-prevention profiles. This profile is СТ-105 1mm wide and СТ-75 is 0,8 mm wide. Sliding gates from RolMaster are a solution both for the private sector and industrial gates of intensive production use. Unlike roll shutters, sliding gates have an advantage as a multi-purpose of assembly types. They can be assembled not only under the partition (laid on type of assembly), but also in the partition or inside the space (laying on the partition from inside). The assembly in the partition is not that popular since the working height is being limited at the expense of the very roll.
The laid on type from the inside has a huge advantage since it ensures maximum protection. The wound roll with open-from-inside mechanism twists over the partition and there is absolutely no access to it from outside.
The same is with motion blocks. They are assembled laying on inside the partition. There is no access to locking devices either. They are placed on the lower slat ultimately towards the sides. This kind of assembly of sliding gates is the best and most popular for partitions from 2,3 meters and higher. If the laid on placing of sliding gates is impossible from inside (when the break jamb for the roll is not enough which has to be between the ceiling of the premises and the partition itself), it is recommended that a laid on assembly be used outside the partition. For high sliding gates (5m and higher) the system of traversing, movable overhangs. The lifting mechanism is the following: the roller is placed on overhangs, which is a ‘floating’ mechanism from 2 pairs of bearings on each pillar which traverses the roller from the partition as the roll’s diameter increases given the sliding of gates. This very type is used for intensely used sliding gates at enterprises, warehouses, etc.

It is easier to control the gates remotely from mini trinket of transmitter. But also it is possible from a special outside switch in a metallic corps (gates rise by turning the key). There is also an economical way: manual (using a spring inertia mechanism), like a tape-line using handles on the lower slat but given the area of gates of up to 9 square meters.
In case of a blackout there is a manual lift during which an unblocking of electric drives is done with a special podger. Sliding gates have proved to be excellent both for warm and cold premises, multi-story garages, warehouses, shops. With their help it is possible to close partitions of up to 12,0 meters wide and up to 8 meters high. For wider and higher steel sliding gates other lifting mechanisms are produced – roller with the diameter of 108mm, 133mm, 159mm, 219mm) using rolling-out and side electric drives (220V/380V) produced by SOMFY (France-EU) and ELERO (Germany).

from profile СТ-75, area up to 72 square meters, width up to 12m.
from profile СТ-105, area up to 36 square meters, width up to 6m.
from profile АR-77 up to 16 square meters.

The opening speed of sliding gates given electric drives: Out-rolling, roller diameter is 200mm, 1 meter sliding per 6 seconds. In-rolling, roller diameter (70, 108, 133, 159)mm per 5 seconds – 1 meter.

To reiterate, when calculating production articles, given the non-standard colors and metal, antique, the extra charge coefficient is К-1,18. For example, if your article is 2,5 square meters and costs, manually assembled, 225 conventional units , then given the non-standard package your order will increase at 18%.
