Steel roll shutters

Steel roll shutters (roulettes) (СТ-105; СТ-75; СТ-50) are made of steel profiles produced by means of rolling on special mills by consecutive flexing in rollers. As a raw material we use zinc-coated cold-processed steel (0,8 PS – produced by «Severstal»; «NLMK») 0,8-1,2mm wide.

Steel profiles give roll shutters higher durability features and give the powder spraying with thermal processing. Maximum resistance to corrosion is achieved with excellent exploitation qualities (see control accessories).

Possible size of steel roll shutters (roulettes) and roll gates

The heights of the profile are 105mm; 75mm; 50mm (see for more details). The linen of steel roll shutters moving upwards turns into a folding roll. The roulettes are winding on the drums of the ascent of mechanisms.

• 90 mm diameter (profile СТ-50) – window openings, doorways up to 6m²;
• 40 mm diameter. (profiles СТ-75; СТ-50) – shop windows, warehouse and trade pavilions, etc.;
• 200 mm diameter. (profile СТ-75) – roll gates up to 7 m high and wide but within limited area of 20m².

For wider and higher sliding gates (from profiles СТ-75; СТ-105) special mechanisms of lifting are made (rollers with diameter 108mm, 133mm, 159mm, 219mm) using rolling-in and side electric equipment (220V/380V) produced by SOMFY (France-EU) and ELERO (Germany).
